Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that, effective August 1, 2026, we will no longer move scheduled collection days to the following day when they fall on a holiday.

Going forward, your garbage collection will take place on your regularly scheduled collection day, even if it falls on a statutory or local holiday.

Example:

• Mondays will always be Mondays
• Tuesdays will always be Tuesdays
• Wednesdays will always be Wednesdays
• Thursdays will always be Thursdays
• Fridays will always be Fridays

NO MORE MOVING TO THE FOLLOWING DAY.

The only exceptions are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, when collection services will not be provided.

A note for our Agassiz customers: in addition to these changes, your pickup days are moving from Tuesday and Wednesday to Fridays, effective August 1, 2026. Your dates are on the collection calendar.
